About Us

I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Lifelong Learning

Established in 2010, the Mt. Pleasant Public Schools Education Foundation (MPPSEF) was organized by a dedicated group of community leaders, educators, parents and local business owners to enhance and supplement the curriculum of the Mt. Pleasant Public School District. The MPPSEF is an independent, community based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to helping all Mt. Pleasant Public Schools students achieve their highest potential by providing community support for the innovative and excellent opportunities which cannot be funded through the core budget.

Purpose

To support projects and programs that empower students, inspire teachers, and enrich education throughout Mt. Pleasant Public Schools.

Goal

MPPSEF offers two powerful ways to make a difference:

INSPIRE Fund – Provides grants to support innovative classroom projects, learning experiences and districtwide initiatives.

Endowment Fund – Builds long-term, sustainable funding for continuous support.
